Cancellations

All our agreements are the UVH (the Uniform Conditions for Catering) applies, that we can request fresh cuttings or click here to see the UVH.

Brief individual reservations cancellation policy:

 For cancellation until 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If canceled up to 14 days before arrival date 15% of all nights will be charged.

If canceled up to 7 days before arrival date 35% of all nights will be charged.

For cancellation up to 3 days before arrival date 60% of all nights will be charged.

If canceled up to 1 days before arrival date 85% of all nights will be charged.

If canceled later or if you do not show up (no show), the nights will be charged.

Children and extra beds

Child Discount:

All children under 11 years are charged EUR 15.00 per person per night for extra beds (excl. breakfast € 7.50 and € 0.85 city tax per room per night)
